1. Informational Service Nature
BestChange is an informational aggregator providing live currency rate monitoring, reserve data, and public reviews. BestChange does not execute currency exchanges directly and does not accept or custody client financial deposits.
2. Due Diligence and Exchanger Selection
While BestChange applies strict listing standards and monitors liquidity reserves around the clock, users acknowledge that exchange contracts are entered directly with the respective exchanger service.
3. Customer Reviews & Dispute Mediation
BestChange provides an open review and dispute arbitration system. In case of transaction issues, users can file a Claim review with their valid order number to receive prompt assistance from our compliance team.
